2003 - HACCP – incorporated to FSSC 22.000 in 2012

Hazard Analysis in Critical Control Points - HACCP - a system that identifies, assesses and controls the hazards that are significant for food safety.

2012 – FSSC 22.000

This certificate guarantees that the Food Safety Management System is implemented according to the requirements for the Food Safety System Certification (FSSC), which include the ISO 22000, ISO/TS 22002-1 standards and the additional requirements for FSSC 22000.

1998 – ISO 9001

This certification aims to ensure that the food is processed according to the rules and practices for organic production, ensuring that its origin is free from chemical contamination, respecting the environment and the workers.

The JAS certification corresponds to the organic production certified for the Japanese market and regulated by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fishing - MAFF in Japan.
