Integrated Management System Policy

Companhia Cacique de Café Solúvel is a Brazilian
company that develops, manufactures and sells coffee
products: roasted coffee, coffee oil, coffee extract and
soluble coffee (spray dried, freeze dried and
agglomerated) for the national and international
markets. Cacique is fully committed to:

standards, statutory, regulatory and legal requirements,

The certificate attests that the company's Food Safety Management System is implemented in accordance with the requirements of the Food Safety System Certification (FSSC) certification scheme, which includes ISO 22000, ISO/TS 22002-1 and the additional requirements of FSSC 22000.

The certificate attests that the company's Quality Management System is implemented in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard, demonstrating its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, as well as its commitment to continuous improvement.

The JAS - Japanese Agricultural Standard certification corresponds to certified organic production for the Japanese market and regulated by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries - MAFF of Japan.


SEDEX – Supplier Ethical Data Exchange is an international online database for sharing the ethical performance of organizations in global supply chains.



The Kosher certificate attests that the products manufactured by the company obey the specific norms that govern the orthodox Jewish diet.

The Halal certificate attests that the products manufactured by the company are in accordance with the requirements of Islamic standards.

Fairtrade certification aims to guarantee the practice of fair trade, contributing to the development of producers and rural workers.

This certification recognizes that the company handles certified product responsibly, ensuring its traceability throughout the processing chain.

The ORGANIC certification aims to ensure the processing of food according to the rules and practices of organic production, ensuring the consumer its origin free of chemical contamination, respecting the environment and the worker. There are 4 certificates: US (American), EU (European), BR (Brazilian) and DEMETER (biodynamic, commercialized globally).

Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points - HACCP - a preventive system that identifies, assesses and controls hazards that are significant to food safety. It was incorporated into FSSC22000 in 2012
